The buffet offers a selection of breads, different kinds of muesli, delicious egg dishes, fresh fruit, a wide and varied range of Swiss and local speciality meats and cheeses, and a fine choice of teas. We're confident the buffet will leave nothing to be desired.

Take a seat on our sun deck and allow us to indulge you. Whether you want a little snack or a fine lunch, the choice is yours! And for anyone who's feeling thirsty: from cappuccino to a sparkling white wine, a chilled lager or the ever-popular Aperol Spritz, there's something to suit everyone.

A delicious end to the day
The tables are laid with crisp white cloths, the napkins are beautifully folded, the wine glasses are ready for filling with fine wine and the candles are lit. In our restaurant it's time for the evening meal, consisting of seasonal, fresh and local produce.
Our recipe for keeping hunger at bay
Take one sophisticated starter, perhaps a salad from the buffet or one of a number of soups and smoothies, then follow it with your choice of three main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian), and round it all off with a delicious dessert, fruit or cheese.

IMPORTANT: Because of the current COVID-19 safety requirements, the seating capacity in the restaurant has been reduced. We recommend that you book half-board in advance, as that is the only way we can guarantee a table in the restaurant for you.
THEME NIGHTS: Traditional winter EVENINGS
During the winter season we organise weekly themed evenings offering a selection of beautifully prepared speciality dishes.
There's the Graubünden evening with a buffet of typical Graubünden dishes, and the Willkommen bin ünsch (Welcome to our hotel) menu.
At the Candlelight Dinner evening, things get really romantic: enjoy your evening meal entirely by candlelight. After all, the way to someone's heart...
It's not summer without a barbecue
Every Wednesday evening during the summer season, our head chef invites guests to an "all you can eat" barbecue from the Oklahoma Grill. Enjoy delicious meat and fish specialities from the smoker. This unusual "low and slow cook" grill gives food a very special tasty flavour.
